Teligistics Names Chief Financial Officer

HOUSTON June 24, 2002 - Teligistics, the premier provider of telecommunications auditing, cost control, and consulting services, announced today that Stephen W. Jackson has been named Chief Financial Officer for the company.

Jackson brings more than 25 years experience in accounting, financial services, and investor relations to his leadership role as CFO. He has extensive experience in managing mid-market companies and raising debt and equity capital for venture-backed, developmental-stage companies.

Before joining Teligistics, Jackson was the CFO for HealthHelp, Inc., a radiology benefits management company for major insurance carriers. Jackson also served as Executive Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Director for TME, INC, an owner/operator of outpatient diagnostic imaging centers. He also served as Vice President of Finance for Diasonics Credit Corporation.

Jackson's responsibilities as Teligistics' CFO include securities compliance issues, raising institutional capital, investor relations and expanding Teligistics' business model. He brings more than fifteen years of experience as the CFO for two development-stage, venture capital backed companies to this role. Throughout his career, Jackson has played an instrumental role in raising several hundred million dollars of debt and equity from institutional venture capitalists and other sources.

Jackson received his bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Texas, Austin and his juris doctorate from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. He is a certified public accountant.
